1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged in transit
  • The product is defective or broken

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Color or texture variations due to natural material differences

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order number, product photos, and reason for return
  • Keep the original packaging intact

Our support team will review your request and inform you of the next steps.


3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
  • The return must be approved by our team before sending it back
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–30 business days
  • Refunds will be made through the original method of payment
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable
